She

She read an article about the the oldest living Japanese American woman, 110 years old,  who
said her mantra is “Do Not Dwell"

Do not Dwell

Of course

She recommitted to Be Here Now

She performed a scrupulous examination of what she was ingesting into her body, mind, and energy field

She reduced the content that was contributing to removing her from the present moment, and hence, her life

She replaced Dwelling on the ways things weren’t going according to her plans with gratitude

She heard a voice whisper gently, “If nothing is granted, everything is grace”

The things right in front of her became clearer;  a bird’s call, the sun streaming through the window, a neighbor’s wave while on her daily walk

She shifted from “The world is scary and hard right now” to “This is an incredible time to be alive. It’s a miracle I am here”

She adjusted from “the challenges are too great” to what her coach Amanda taught her; “What small sweet step can I take today to move me in the direction I want to go?”

She remembered what Terry Real wrote; “Adults can’t give each other unconditional love and keep their healthy boundaries in tact. But you can give that to yourself and your own inner child.”

She listened to her inner child and gave her all the love she had been searching for from others.  In this way she let go of the dwelling, inhabiting old wounds and pain and stepped more fully into each moment as an original experience that has never happened before.

She lived
