A Holistic Approach to Therapy & Wellness

I embrace the idea that we are a combination of DNA, experiences, memories, habits, and personalities that uniquely make up each one of us. With this elaborate conglomerate of details, one step taken toward health and wholeness can have a significant impact on the individual as well as others in this world.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating the breakdown of communication in a relationship, or deconstructing your faith, I am honored to be your guide to becoming a more wholehearted individual.

I take a multi-modal approach to therapy, drawing from various traditions and approaches including relational life therapy (RLT), somatic therapy, parts work, breath work, shadow work, and more. I tailor therapy sessions to each client’s personality, therapeutic experiences, past, and current needs.

Individual Therapy

One step taken toward health and wholeness by someone can have a dramatic and significant impact on the individual as well as others in this world. Therapy and its impact is far reaching when someone decides to become healthier or more responsible for their life. During individual therapy sessions, I work with clients to:

  • Notice and explore patterns that no longer serve
  • Create space for emotions and feel them without judgement
  • Allow challenges to be catalysts for leveling up
  • Shift to a kinder and more generous way to relate to themselves
  • Understand their own energies and how to become the fullest versions of themselves

60-Minute Individual Therapy Session | $175

Intensive Therapy Sessions

For those who have found that traditional talk therapy isn’t the best fit, intensive sessions provide a cathartic and expedited way to receive all the benefits of individual therapy, while focusing on specific issues and working towards connecting disparate parts of your life to your whole identity. During these 4-hour, one-on-one sessions, I help clients through a combination of guided meditation, visualization, and movement in order to:

  • Drop in to deeper connection to their deepest selves and bring back the parts that have gotten left behind
  • Break through barriers that keep them separate from love
  • Let go of that which no longer serves in order to live fuller lives
  • Integrate mind, soul, and body to be freer than before
  • Take a deep dive into soul work, bypassing the mind to drop into the heart

4-Hour Intensive Therapy Session | TBD

Couples Therapy

Allowing ourselves to stay open to others, especially partners we have been with for a long time, can feel vulnerable and uncomfortable. I work with couples who are searching for a new way forward together. Through a directional approach and combination of somatic and relational life therapy, I work with couples to:

  • Identify and shift patterns of relating out of their trauma
  • Remove barriers to intimacy
  • Work through infidelity and trust issues
  • Diminish shame and transcend blame
  • Resolve wound-driven patterns

Family Therapy

During times of transition or change such as divorce, loss, or mental or physical health challenges, therapy can be an effective way to help families find a way to move forward. I work to create a plan, develop a new language, and provide a safe place where everyone has the opportunity to take up space. During family therapy sessions, I help clients:

  • Learn how to speak to one another
  • Listen and hear what is being said by each person
  • Understand underlying patterns that prevent connection and empathy
  • Move forward toward rewarding and connected relating
  • Shift out of shame and blame and move toward freedom and understanding

My partner and I have seen Jayne both individually and as a couple for the past year.

Jayne is an amazing listener. She can connect with people on many different levels and find common ground, even when it seems that huge differences exist. This makes her an outstanding therapist.

She has an uncanny ability to hear both sides, make both people feel heard, and yet stay impartial as she guides through reconciliation. She helped my partner and I learn about each other on a deeper level, become more connected and get past issues that we have been struggling with for a long time. She has also assisted both of us individually. I recommend Jayne without hesitation, she is a positive force of change.

She has the ability to truly make each of us feel heard while assisting in finding a middle ground.

Working with Jayne has helped to equip us with the tools needed to get through struggles, both big and small, in order to continue to build a strong foundation early on in our relationship. We could not be happier with the progress made and look forward to working with her as long as we can.

Jayne has a super power of finding the words to give me that I couldn’t find on my own.

I am able to make sense of things in my life that just felt like they were swirling around before. I can organize my thoughts and emotions so I can be effective at home and in my work place.

Jayne works with lots of medical professionals and almost every nurse on my floor was working with her or knew her, so I “signed up” after seeing how their lives were different and they were able to leave “work at work.”

I work in the NICU and don’t ever really process what I experience on the day to day. Jayne has given me a “safe space”to explore all of my emotions and to just dump the things I see and deal with in my work environment. Her energy clearing practices have transformed my life and the lives of my patients and their families. I don’t know how I lived so long without an outlet like this!

I never thought “talk therapy” was a helpful thing and then out of desperation reached out to Jayne after my roommate told me that “Jayne was different.”

I immediately felt at ease and relaxed in her presence and she didn’t judge or take offense that I didn’t “believe in therapy.” She is great at guiding into the present moment and feeling my own body so I can shift the things in my life and relationship that just don’t work. It felt like I had my own personal Yoda who was channeling something outside of herself that landed with me every time.

Jayne helped me tell my truth after 37 years of silence.

I will never have words for how she helped me face my life and see the beauty that can come from suffering.

I had tried desperately for years to fit into my family of origin and their religious structure. It felt like certain death to leave the tribe and all I had ever known and believed.

However, at age 37, I could no longer deny my truest values and identity. Jayne walked me through the dark days of finally admitting to myself who I always knew myself to be and helped me face my fears that me sharing my truest self with others would leave me utterly alone. Jayne helped me be brave, just by being in the room with her. I feel like I can walk around in this world knowing who I am and sharing that with others.

Jayne has been nothing short of a mentor, guide, spiritual director, and elder to me.

She has led me through a healing process from childhood trauma, grief, and addiction to marriage, parenting and career challenges. I have continually returned to her through life’s crises and mental health challenges for almost 20 years. Each time a transformation takes place. I’m not reliant on her for my wellbeing but rather she’s my superpower for growth.

I’ve known Jayne for more than 10 years. While I haven’t worked with her consistently, she has helped me navigate the most challenging and painful periods of my life during that time and, in the process, achieve tremendous healing and growth.

At the most basic level, I’ve always appreciated Jayne’s calm, compassionate, and caring presence, which creates a safe space to be vulnerable and openly and honestly share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. While there is great value in that sharing, her true gift is her ability to provide perspective, clarity, and guidance when I am feeling the most overwhelmed and uncertain. I am grateful for her support in my journey.

When I met Jayne, I was at the true rock-bottom of my life, grieving so deeply that there were days when I didn’t know how to get off the bathroom floor.

Jayne provided a safe place to help me work through the initial and acute stages of my grief so that I could see hope for my own future. I am grateful for both her patience and her ability to push me forward in a productive way. I am in a place today that I never thought I could get to again.

I went to Jayne when I was laying down in the darkest pit of my life.

She came and sat in the hole with me, slowly nursed me back to sitting, then taught me how to stand and ultimately how to climb back out to a new life. One of the most influential, empathetic, patient, wise teachers I have ever known or will ever know.

Jayne has been a fixture in my life for the better part of the last 5 years and I can truly say my life is better because of her.

She has been with me through everything from new relationships, to loss, family health stressors, and new jobs. She’s helped me dive deep into myself, set boundaries, and find acceptance for the things I cannot change.

She has a graceful way about her and she is a beautiful combination of comforting yet firm. She will hold space, comfort, and listen while also not allowing you to stay stuck in your patterns. I cannot imagine where I’d be without her! I’m so incredibly thankful for her care and support.

Jayne has been a consistent anchor through some very challenging periods.

She has helped me better understand my trauma response in various situations and has supported me in changing these responses. Overall, Jayne is a wonderful guide to have walking next to me through life. Due to my work with Jayne, I am clearer about who I am, what I need and how to set boundaries.
